Our Story

The Klass Wagen journey began in 2005 in Timișoara, Romania, when four people — united by the same dream and guided by shared values of integrity, honesty, trust, teamwork, and equal opportunity — set out to make a difference.

In the years that followed, Klass Wagen became a national leader in the leisure car rental industry.

Klass Wagen is present in Romania’s main cities, establishing a strong local foundation.

Since 2017, our expansion has gone international, starting with the official opening in Budapest, Hungary. This was followed by strategic entries into key Southwestern European markets, including Lisbon in 2020 — in the midst of the pandemic — Faro and Porto in 2022, and later Germany and Vienna, Austria.

From humble beginnings with just seven cars, Klass Wagen has grown into a proud operator of a modern, fully equipped fleet of over 7,000 vehicles — including family cars, automatics, SUVs, hybrids, and vans.

Our ability to refresh the fleet each year reflects the strong reputation we’ve built over time and the excellent partnerships we’ve cultivated, enabling us to maintain one of the most complete and up-to-date fleets on the market.
